Ming's Oriental Cafe opened its doors in 2003. Since then, patrons have dined on some of the finest ethnic oriental dishes available any where in Michigan. Our menu features Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan style dishes.  We combine only the highest quality of ingredients with age old traditional family recipes to make our dishes. Additionally, we cook all dishes with vegetable oil.

At Ming's you can enjoy traditional Chinese dishes such as Sweet & Sour Chicken, Beef & Broccoli and Kung Po Chicken. We also offer authentic Singapore Noodles, Hot & Sour Soups and Mongolian Beef.  Each dish is cooked to order...always fresh!!!

Our inspiration originates with Uncle Ming, who was born in Mainland China. His Grandfather owned several restaurants in Guang Tong.  When Uncle Ming was just a youth, he started to work at one of the restaurants eventually becoming head chef at several luxury hotels. The guests especially liked his General Tso's and Sesame Chicken.
